There are numerous late, great athletes, coaches, and advocates of Georgia sports who should be members of the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame, but for various reasons, these individuals were not inducted during their respective lifetimes. In an effort to insure all deserving Georgians are included, the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Authority has decided to posthumously induct  these individuals who deserve Hall of Fame recognition.
